PICKUPS
Please note that we require at least 24 hours advance notice before pickup time. Any orders that are placed with less than 24 hours notice will be re-scheduled at a later date. Pickups can be scheduled for any day from 2pm - 6:30pm, in the Capitol Hill area of Burnaby BC, except for statutory holidays.
DELIVERY
We have now partnered with TR Courier delivery service to provide a delivery option across the Lower Mainland & Greater Vancouver! The owner of TR Courier was friends with some local flower shops, bakery, and Instagram businesses. He started delivering for them a few years ago, before starting his company, which offers delivery services specialized for the noted industries, hoping to help local businesses in the Lower Mainland.

Please note that the final delivery fee will be calculated by TR Courier based on the DISTANCE between our pickup address and your delivery address. We will confirm with you the final delivery fee before we proceed with your order!
Also in accordance with TR Courier's policy, the courier will not enter the building for deliveries. The recipient must meet in the lobby of the building unless necessary. All delivery fees are set by TR Courier.
Delivery orders will be picked up from our location at 3pm, and the arrival time will depend on the delivery route of the courier.
