Jessica Jordan (JJ) graduated from
The Art Institute of Vancouver
(Diploma of Culinary - Baking and Pastry Arts) and worked for
The Vancouver Club (Pastry Dept.)
for nearly 4 years.
​
Through these experiences,
she cultivated a deeper appreciation for fine-dining, and she developed her technical skills to perfect an array of plated desserts. Her passion for quality is what led her to start JJ DeLights.
